It’s me and today I’m particularly excited, you should feel it too! If you don’t feel it yet, just get in the mood of joy, God is doing great things over here and you are not left out ☺️.

So, exactly a year ago, I sent out my first blog post ( Read Capturing Grace by clicking here☺️). It was a mixture of excitement, faith, cold feet, and little uncertainties but I’m so glad that I followed through with the lead to start blogging.

Today, I look back at one year ago and I’m grateful for the opportunity to write, to share God’s word and love with you my beautiful readers, and the ability to trust God for every new post.

Somedays, I prayed so much when it didn’t look like the blog was coming together rightly and my thoughts were all over the place, other days things went so smoothly that I didn’t want to stop writing, and everyday it just resounds in my heart how much of a privilege it is to bless God’s people here!

It feels like testimony time already right😄 Well, that’s what tonight is for!

I think one of my favorite blogging moments was a particular day when I wrote the blog on Walk by Faith, Not Sight ( Read here; https://diaryofachristianlawlady.law.blog/2022/06/30/walk-by-faith-not-sight/ ) .

The message had been in my heart for so long that I set a deadline to get it out.😂 The deadline came and as I wrote, it still looked like ‘ Nahh… Something isn’t right here. ‘ I spoke to my friend about how I knew what to write but I couldn’t write it yet, and he said ‘Sandra, calm down it’s not written in the books that you must blog today… ‘ Lol. It was a good reminder and peaceful reassurance for me. I got into the consciousness that though it was me writing, it was ultimately God’s message finding expression through me and I could rest and trust God.

Trust me, that helped. On this journey, much more than writing, as much as I always want to be willing and available, I have learned to leave the pressure to God and submit to his help. I haven’t gotten the perfect grip on following the rhythms of grace daily, but I’m learning fast and that is something 😊.

Before I leave you tonight, here’s a reminder that Jesus loves you and His grace is super sufficient for you. The assignments you have do not surpass God’s grace on you, so go all out in that understanding every time God calls you to something new.
