Changes🍃

Hello there!

How are you doing today? For me I’m doing amazingly well and also full of hope. Especially with the kind of hot news that breaks out in my country daily, hope has to be kept alive.

Today’s blog is going to be something we all can quite relate with and I trust that you’ll be both blessed and helped 🤗❤️.

What comes to mind when you hear the word change? If you live in Nigeria like me, I’m sure you’ll want a very proper explanation of the kind of change we are talking about here cos that word has in the past years done somethings to us. However, it’s fine to keep your defenses down now. I’m referring to a good change 😊.

Few days ago, I was speaking with God and in the middle of it all, one thing appealed to me. It’s how that for everytime I meet with God, His response is never out of His word or harsh. It doesn’t matter how long it took me to start a conversation, what I was doing before I started, or even the anxieties that I felt before I went before Him. His response at every of those moments remain unchanging, and in accordance to His word.

Finding this out, made me see one thing. It’s that, in the equation of your relationship with God, He is very constant, unchanging and faithful. The only who does change and was created for change is you and God wants you doing this in the best way. He wants your heart slant to always be positioned towards His standards for you and to change in that direction.

As people we change, one day we are children all free and hyper and the next moment mature adults keeping up with the busyness of life. It sounds great, but what is even greater is that God knows you change, and has put his word as a pattern to help you change and become His perfect picture. A man with zero doubts, zero anxieties and with 💯 trust in the faithfulness of God to the end that you become much more like Him.

So how do we embrace this change?

It’s comes super easy by God’s grace and it’s this;

Since God doesn’t condemn nor write us off, and He is always present to love and correct us, then when we are falling short or seemingly weak in standing perfect and complete in God’s will for our lives we must do the same to ourselves. We shouldn’t feel like we are incapable of experiencing the change that God wants for us and run off. We must rather keep ourselves running into the hands of the perfect Father who loves us, and behold our true identity in His word.

Never forget that God is constant in this equation, His mind about you will never change. Let Him help you make the changes your life needs. The corrections, chastening, and prunings are all for your good, so embrace them!

Here’s an amazing scripture to help you too>>>>

So here’s what I want you to do, God helping you: Take your everyday, ordinary life—your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life—and place it before God as an offering. Embracing what God does for you is the best thing you can do for him. Don’t become so well-adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. Instead, fix your attention on God. You’ll be changed from the inside out. Readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. Unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, God brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.

    • This is beautiful! ❤
      Early last week I was experiencing laziness as regards prayer and I told a friend who told me to tell God to help me. I asked the Father to help and He stepped in greatly. It was after He stepped in that I realized that He used my laziness to teach me something great about prayer. Sometimes we just have to ask Him to help us.

      Also, lately, I’ve seen more and more reasons to hold firmly to the change or transformation in Romans 12. God renews our minds and just like that we change to situations and they change, in accordance, to us.

      Nice one, dear sis Sandra. ❤
