Love Walk. Day 9 >>>> God Writes Love Letters.

Hey!!!🤗

Have you been thinking of the best things you can gift your loved ones this Valentine’s day.? Well I can’t exactly put together the entire package, but there’s one thing that would be a good addition, A Love Letter 😉.

Talking about Love Letters, have you ever received one from a person? I think you’ll find your answer in today’s blog post😌.

I am a huge fan of love letters. Though I do not vividly recollect my very first love letter, I cannot forget in a hurry the thrill I felt on those days. I wished I could peep into the hearts of the recipients of such letters to get a glimpse of how they felt.

Forget instant messaging applications, my love letters received almost immediate replies. Can your crush ever?? Okay, just kidding. Come to think of it, those letters were not really love-letters in the most real sense. Let’s just call them to crush letters…LOL.

Does God write love letters too? Yes, He does. The truth is while we all may not have received love letters from our crushes, we are all recipients of the greatest love letter ever written in the entire universe. This love letter communicates the greatest love story ever played out – God’s Love for Mankind.

This love rages so hard, that He gave the most precious gift to validate it. It does not perish in the sands of time. Instead, it waxes stronger every passing day.

Unlike human love letters that seek their own interest, this seeks fellowship and intimacy. It beckons for a daily walk. One that is unselfish, uncompromising, and unyielding to mediocre standards. This love letter points to the most marvelous gift ever – Jesus. And what is this love letter? The Bible. 1 Corinthians 13 gives a brief recap of this love letter and the entire Bible resonates with this.

Like every conventional love letter; it demands a response. It wants to evoke the desire for a personal walk with God and fill us with His goodness. The writer of this letter wants to share his life with us. This is no fantasy, it is real. His desire is for us to acknowledge it through His Son. After this is done, to then help others do the same.
