Welcome to my second blog post 😊. I promised a blog post on why I got an haircut, and why this promises to not be all sacred, get ready for some smiles as you read through.

So, last weekend was a whole lot for me, asides from trying out a new look, I discovered something also. That all these while my hair had been not just mine but I had a few joint-hairs😅(when you get it).

However, getting an haircut for me wasn’t an in-the-moment decision. So, one day I’m browsing lovely braids and weaves on the web and I bumped into haircuts. Before this time, I had thoughts about getting an haircut though, but now it felt real… Like ‘My! These aren’t bad either’. So, I went from screenshots of braids to screenshots of haircuts and eventually these dominated my gallery.

I would say this has been one of the easiest decisions for me, cos why I knew I was going to get the most mind blowing reactions from people, I also knew that an haircut is the kind of decision I couldn’t go back on. Once it’s done, it’s done and I kept it all in my heart waiting for the right moment (when exams would be over).

Then voila! Exams were done, the weekend came and I got an haircut. Whoosh! I figured it was a big deal actually cos my joint-hairs cried, screamed, got angry and some promised not to speak with me anymore 🥺😅.

What was done was done, a young lady got an haircut and I can promise you that though my joint-hairs are still mad at me( cos who cuts long lovely hair?), they’re loving it too 😊.

So there you have it, my not so short haircut story😊. I’ll share four shots of the comments that got me the most from the many reactions. And next week I have a very special message for you🤭🤭
